The European Pulse Forum 2026 in Barcelona combined high-level conversations with the presentation and analysis of one of the most ambitious European studies in recent years, surveying over 7,000 citizens across 6 European Member States. Six months later, the European Pulse Seminar in Brussels will delve deeper into these insights, fostering an ongoing international conversation between two leading European capitals throughout the year. It will also shape the priorities for the next edition of our annual forum through collective intelligence tools, alongside high-level discussions with a qualitative audience, aiming to bridge the gaps that separate the priorities of European institutions, businesses, and experts from those of European society.
